We can’t say enough great things about our Marcy! She was the most patient person we have ever met. We had very specific goals when we were buying a piece of country property. We literally looked at several dozen properties. I felt so sorry for Marcy that at one point that I gave her a hundred dollars for gas. (Which showed back up unexpectedly on the HUD at settlement!) She was the most efficient realtor I have ever met, everything was signed electronically, appraisals and surveys were ordered immediately and completed efficiently, along with the well, home, and septic inspections. Her advice and reputation in the industry was probably the only reason we secured our new piece of heaven from competing offers. We love poking our heads in to say hi and thank her again and again for all she did for us when we are strolling down the streets of Middleburg. She has our highest recommendation and made our purchase a wonderful experience.
